I love this seasoning. It has heat, smoke, sweetness and salt. This is a finishing salt. I like it on Potato Chips, Fried Pork Skins, Fermented Potatoes, French Fries, baked Salmon or wherever your culinary creativity takes you.
E ai ka kou (let's eat).
Ingredients:
4 oz Sea Salt
2 oz Granulated Onion
1 oz Granulated Garlic
2 oz Chipotle Morita Powder
10 oz Brown Sugar
Procedures:
Combine all and mix well.
Store in an airtight container.
