This is something new that we are trying.  Those who know our concessions/ market booth knows that we're normally in a corner.  I dedicated a section of our menus, calling it stuck in the corner.  It catches peoples eyes and they look at the menu closer.  My wife tells our guests that it's my old man humor.

At home in the kitchen, I cook in the corner, just realized this the other day.  That's where our setting will be.
